SUMMER PRICES  2023

Prices include the use of the fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen equipment and blankets (sheets and towels are missing);
The price does not include agency fees and meter consumption of electricity, hot water and gas for kitchen use, tourist tax, garbage/garbage transfer supplement;
Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guest;
Stays from 4pm on Saturday to 10am on the following Saturday;
Security deposit of Euro 200 to be paid on arrival. The deposit is returned upon departure after deducting consumption and after checking the apartment (in case of departure after office hours, the deposit will be sent by bank transfer);
40% deposit upon booking;
Balance on arrival;
Small pets allowed on request with supplement;

GENERAL CONDITIONS STAY IN THE APARTMENT: WITHDRAWAL OF THE CUSTOMER AND REPLACEMENTS

The customer who cancels the booked stay must notify the Agency in writing by email or ordinary mail. He will be entitled to a refund of the sum paid as a deposit, net of the penalties listed below which must be calculated on the total amount paid as an advance. The charges and expenses incurred by the Agency for the cancellation of the services will also be deducted (transfer or postal money order):
Stays in apartments and residences - loss of deposit:
- 25% from the time of booking up to 31 working days before the start of the stay (Saturday excluded);
- 50% from 30 to 21 working days before the start of the stay (Saturday excluded).
- 70% from 20 to 11 working days before the start of the stay (Saturday excluded).
- 80% from 10 to 4 working days before the start of the stay (Saturday excluded).
-No refund after these terms. We remind you that these penalties are due as compensation for damages for missed stay.
For all combinations, no refund will be granted to those who do not show up at the departure or who give up during the course of the stay or part of it.
The renouncing customer may be replaced by another person, provided that the communication is received by the Agency in good time for the changes, in any case (four) 4 working days before the start of the stay.
