• Prices include the use of a fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen equipment and blankets (bed linen and towels are not included).
• Agency booking fees, metered consumption of electricity, hot water, and cooking gas, tourist tax, and an additional fee for waste disposal are not included in the price.
• Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guest.
• Stays run from 4:00 PM on Saturday to 10:00 AM on the following Saturday.
• A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at departure, minus consumption costs and after inspection of the apartment (in case of departure outside office hours, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer).
• A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The balance must be paid upon arrival.
• Small pets are allowed on request, with an additional charge.
